• Email & Password: When you register using a traditional account, we securely store your email address and an encrypted (hashed) version of your password.
• Username: A custom display name chosen by you to personalize your account profile.
• Google Account Data: If you choose to log in using Google Sign-In, we receive and store public profile information provided by Google, such as your email address, full name, and profile picture URL.

Workout data (such as custom exercises, weights, personal records, and logs) may be linked to your account ID to enable seamless cross-device cloud synchronization.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

• To create, manage, and maintain your user account.
• To securely authenticate your identity when logging into the application.
• To sync your personal workout settings, history, and progress securely with our database so you don't lose data when switching devices.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account details (email, username, and Google profile data) are securely transmitted and stored in our remote database. Passwords are fully hashed and encrypted before saving, ensuring that your raw credentials are never visible to anyone.

We implement commercial-standard security measures to protect your information, but please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data, usernames, or email addresses with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

LiftBlaze uses Google Sign-In as an alternative authentication method. By choosing this option, you authorize Google to share specific profile data (such as email and basic info) with LiftBlaze. This data handling is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Children’s Privacy

LiftBlaze is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal account data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account details and synchronized workout data for as long as your account remains active. If you remain inactive for an extended period or choose to delete your account, your data will be handled as specified in Section 8.

8. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have full control over your data. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated information (email, password hash, username, Google profile data, and workout history) at any time.

To delete your account, you can use the "Delete Account" feature directly within the application's settings menu, or contact us directly at our support email provided below. Once requested, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our features or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date.
